Bio time! Did you know that we are closely related to mice? Did you know that you dog and you had the same great (X 1000000000) grandfather? Well you do now! Science is weird. Life is weird. The universe it weird.
(Brought to you from Lucas' fun facts)
The weather outside is frightful, the fire is not delightful, we are soon running out of wood to burn, why does it have to snow, to snow, to snow. When will winter end! I think we have been freezing enough. If there was someone who was able to control winter with a switch or something, I would break in and turn it off. This is torture! I think we all have shoveled enough. Do not let it snow! I repeat! Do not let it snow!
Well it is that time again. The time to do homework. Well... Maybe I can watch some tv... Im back! I just procrastinated some more. It happenes, we all do it. Is it a bad thing? No! It is a good thing! We need to be able to focus yes, but we also need to do what we want to do! It is our life! Our time to take a stand! So don't let anyone say anything about it! Want to read Moby Dick instead of doing the Math homework? Do it!

I hope you guys are enjoying your long weekend! I am not :/. Currently sitting in bed, horrible cold, ear infection and a headache. Hopefully I will be better before Wednesday. Wasting my long weekend sleeping is not extremely fun. Already had to go to the hospitable because I lost my ability to hear in my left ear, luckily it is temporary because of the ear infection. Being sick was great as a kid during school, but now it is just making me fall behind in homework.
In two weeks the term ends. Not only is the term ending but my senate term ends tomorrow afternoon. I am writing this to personally thank all of you guys. It has been a great term, and hopefully the new senators will do a great job. As Owen pointed out there were some things that Blake and I did not do even though we promised them. But I do not break my promises, we will do these things. Senator or not, Blake and I have already planned some things for these last couple of months together. If there is one thing I learned about being a senator, is that the power to make a change is not given, it is always there, if you want to make a change about Fenn, do something fun with your class mates, you don't have to be a senator or president. I can personally say from experience that it makes not difference. So I say that we should make these last couple of months the best we have ever had. If you have an Idea, do it. Don't let anything hold you back. We should leave Fenn feeling happy, rather then bad memories about grades, final exams, work loads... Let us as a class, make these months the best we have ever had.
Today in biology we studied different skulls. We had to figure out who these skulls belonged too and if they were a carnivore, mammal, herbivore ... It sounds easy but telling a mouse and a rat apart is not so easy. Deciding weather it is an omnivore, or the teeth were just ground down a little and could still be a carnivore. It is very tedious work, some skulls look like nothing I have never seen. There are also many categories that are very similar.
The wait. In 28 days we will know what schools we are getting into. Every night I sit and wonder where I will go next year, what will I do? If I do make it in every school, which one should I choose? All of these questions, but no answers until March 10. As many of you, I spent a lot of time on my essays and studying for the SSAT. Was it all a waste? What if I don't want to go to any of these schools? So many questions, so much time...
Thinking... Thinking... Currently I am sitting here trying to come up with an idea for a blog? *sigh. Sometimes I feel like my brains empty. As if I used all of the ideas possible. Maybe I could just sit and relax. Take a nap and read some Moby Dick. The story is getting very interesting at this point. Or I could learn about skeletons from the biology text book. Most likely I am just going to sit here and procrastinate. But is that a bad thing? Taking time to yourself. Relaxing and taking a deep breath. Is that to much to ask? Huh... Thinking... Thinking..
